The site shows the studio's work, services and general approach. Pricing, scope and availability can change at any time and are confirmed only in a written quote, statement of work, or contract.

No online purchase

You cannot buy a project directly through this website. Sending a form, email, or mockup request does not create a contract and does not create an obligation to pay. A paid project starts only when both sides agree the scope, price, payment terms, start date, and any cancellation terms in writing.

Using the mockup-request form

The mockup request is a free, no-obligation offer. A mockup is produced at the studio's discretion, generally within 48 hours, but availability isn't guaranteed.

The mockup itself remains the intellectual property of Eltrus Limited unless we agree otherwise in writing. It's shared with you for review only — please don't reuse, republish, or send it to a third developer to build from.

Project work

If you choose to engage Eltrus, the work is governed by the separate service agreement and statement of work we sign together. Those documents cover scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, intellectual property, warranty, cancellation, and termination. The website is not a substitute for those documents.

If consumer cancellation rights apply to a particular project, they will be set out in the written quote or contract before payment is taken. Most Eltrus work is business-to-business and customised to the client's requirements.
